Obituary: Harwood, Nona

HARWOOD, Nona (Age 84) Passed away July 17th, 2015 and joined her husband, Dick and her son, Randy.

Nona was born in Bluebell, Utah Nov. 23rd, 1930 where she grew up.

She met her husband in Ogden, Utah and they were married May 29th, 1953.

They traveled a lot during Dick’s time of service in the U.S. Air Force while raising their children.

After his retirement in 1966, they settled in Spokane.

Nona and Dick enjoyed camping and bringing along the grandkids in the motorhome.

Nona enjoyed crocheting and knitting and made lots of gifts for the family to enjoy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick and son, Randy.

She is survived by son, Ricky (Lori) Harwood; daughter, Carlene Harwood; daughter-in-law, Diane Harwood, “son” Gary Gunning; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Nona will be very missed and never forgotten.
