BLAINE, Dr. James L. (Age 90) Of Albany, OR and formerly of the Spokane area died Sunday in Albany.

A Funeral Mass will be at 11am, Friday at the Gonzaga Preparatory School Chapel with reception to follow.

Interment will follow the reception at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services of Spokane is handling local arrangements.
