Different company built Spokane swales

The city of Spokane’s swales weren’t built by Four Seasons Landscaping, but that company does maintain storm gardens on Upper Lincoln and South Crestline streets. The swale in question in a news story Wednesday was built and is being maintained by Red Diamond Construction.
