Chiefs safety Eric Berry back at practice after cancer fight

Pro Bowl safety Eric Berry returned to the Chiefs’ practice field Wednesday, just eight months after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma threatened to derail his career.

Berry hit the practice fields in St. Joseph, Missouri, wearing his familiar No. 29. He joined rookies and select veterans for parts of the workout.

Gresham on PUP list

The Cardinals placed two-time Pro Bowl TE Jermaine Gresham on the active/ physically unable to perform list because of a back injury. Gresham signed on Friday.
