Missing elderly man last seen in Colville

An 88-year-old man remains missing four days after he left a relative’s home in Colville, Washington. Police across Washington and Oregon are searching for Shirley Benjamin Gano, known as Ben Gano, who was last seen May 30 as he headed home to Rainier, Oregon. Colville police say Gano may have traveled to Walla Walla or Columbia County. He drives a blue BMW with Oregon license plate XQQ-397. Anyone with information about Gano’s whereabouts is asked to call the Colville Police Department at 509-684-2525.
