Obituary: Gilson, Janis Kay (Rock)
Janis is survived by her Daughter, Melissa Crump and her cherished grandson Tommy Patton, as well as Melissa’s beloved siblings, who were adopted by Janis: Susan Nusz, Keith Curry, Tim Curry, Gary Curry, and all of their children and grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother, Ronald Rock and her niece and nephews, as well as many dear friends with whom she maintained loving relationships for decades.
Janis loved “Birthday Week” almost as much as she loved Christmas, so her family and friends will be postponing her memorial until Saturday, August 15th, 11 am at Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery in the Sunset Chapel.
We will have a short memorial and then move to another location to be determined for a birthday celebration of her Life and the lives she touched.
