From staff reports
Detectives identified the woman found dead in Hauser, Idaho on June 11 as 55-year-old Kelly Lynne Sallee of Spokane. A passerby found Sallee’s body off the west side of Hauser Lake Road, just north of Newman Arm Road, partially submerged in the slough, a news release from Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office said. Her death is considered suspicious and the manner of her death is under investigation. Kootenai County detectives are working with the Spokane Police Department’s major crimes unit. Detectives are asking the public for any information they may have about Sallee or for any eye witness accounts of suspicious activity in that area between June 8 and 11. They’re looking for people traveling through the area or anyone who may have video recordings of the traffic in that area. People with information can call (208) 446-1338 or (208) 446-2238.
