United in tragedies: Fallen officer Sgt. Kiahna hosted a lemonade stand in honor of Moore after his death, selling lemonade and baked goods to raise $200 that she donated to the Moore family. Just a few weeks later on May 31, the girl’s father was killed in a car accident on U.S. Highway 95. Her father Jeffrey Kirk left behind four children, his parents and extended family.
