Obituary: Bell, George Forrest

Age 64

BELL, George Forrest (Age 64) George F. Bell “Big G” was born December 23, 1950.

George passed away on June 20, 2015, surrounded by his family.

He lost his life to a long battle of medical problems lasting over 25 years.

Including two kidney transplants, diabetes and amputations.

George graduated from North Central High School and then served in the Army.

For 20 years, he worked at Goodyear Tire where he was forced to retire in 1994.

George loved to support his family and friends by attending numerous events.

In 1977 he found his soul mate Debbie and two weeks later they were married.

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and you name it, he was that to everyone!

No matter the time of day or pain he was going thru he always knew how to make a person smile.

He was loved by many.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen; father, Bud; brother Duane.

Survived by his loving wife Debbie Bell of 37 years; son, Mick Meharry (Shauna); daughter, Kym Crowe (Russ); son, Joey Bell (Jannel); son George Bell (Tanya); grandkids: Katelyn, Alexis, Beau, Brodi, Trystan, Travis, Chayne, Hunter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and adopted grandchildren.

In lieu of flower donations, the family suggests a donation be made in his name to Donate Life.

Service and Life Celebration will be held at the Pac Center at St. Thomas More on Friday June 26th at 5p.m., 515 W. St. Thomas More 99208 with Potluck to follow.
