Fire victim served overseas

A story that ran on page A5 Wednesday incorrectly identified George Samuel’s military service, due to a reporter’s error. Samuel served in the U.S. Army in Korea during the 1960s, after the conclusion of the Korean War.

Sports photo from wrong game

A photo published on page C2 of the Sports section Saturday of Golden State’s Klay Thompson was actually a photo of a game that took place on Thursday.
