Kids Explore & Discover Club - Millwood – Squishy Circuits - You don’t need to be an electrical engineer to play with electricity. Build blinking and buzzing playdough creatures and sculptures while creating electrical circuits and learning about the insulating and conductive properties of playdough. Solas for All: A Sister City Celebration – The Spokane Area Youth Choirs and special guests present a concert of Irish music. “Pig Tales: A Summer Aswinement” – The Ham on Regal Players present their 52nd annual fundraiser. This year’s show is a humorous look at what Ferris students did over their summer vacation. Pi(e) Day – Pi Day is no ordinary day – but this year will be epic. Cross-Country Ski Lessons – City of Spokane Parks and Recreation program. Ages 13 and older. Learn the basics of cross-country skiing skills at Mt. Spokane Selkirk Nordic Area, taught by our P.S.I.A. certified cross-country ski instructors. Cross-country skiing is a wonderful way to spend time with family and friends during the winter while getting great exercise outdoors.
