Clothing allowance cost classified incorrectly

A story that ran on page A1 of Friday’s paper incorrectly reported Spokane County costs related to a labor arbitration with the Deputy Sheriff’s Association due to a reporter’s error. Wages and clothing allowances will cost the county $571,000 this year, while payroll taxes will total $71,000.
