Winter is available for adoption from the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services. Shelter workers say he has a sweet personality and enjoys being petted and brushed.

The adoption fee for cats is $40 and includes spay or neuter, first set of vaccinations, health check, microchip and first year’s license.
