Governor’s veto overlooked
Gov. Jay Inslee vetoed a section of a new law addressing the fiscal impact of ballot measures; specifically, the portion that allows for a court challenge if either supporters or opponents think the figure is wrong. A story on page A6 in Thursday’s paper failed to report the veto, due to a reporter’s error.
