She was 86.
Beloved daughter of the late Sophus and Hazel Anderson of Kalispell MT.
Devoted wife of 57 yrs to the late Robert (Bob) B. Anderson.
Loving mother of Robert (Bruce) B. Anderson (Ellise) of Washougal WA and Kathryn Snider (Keith) of Gig Harbor WA.
Sister of Barbara Shern (Richard) of Coeur d’ Alene ID.
Loving Grandmother of Richard Snider (Jaime), Jacob Snider (Yolanda), Larissa Anderson and Christopher Anderson, as well as two great-grandchildren, Allison and Michael Snider, and three nephews and their families.
A graduate of the University of Montana (B.S.)
and Eastern Washington State College ( M.A.)
Marjorie is considered the “Birth Mother of Women’s Athletic’s” at Gonzaga University in Spokane WA.
She retired from Gonzaga in1986 after holding the position of Physical Education Chairperson.
A graveside memorial service will be held on May 16, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Forest Cemetery on Government Way, Coeur d’ Alene ID.
Reception to follow at the Coeur d’ Alene Resort Convention Center, 115 S. 2nd St., Coeur d’ Alene ID.
