Obituary: Duffy-Cunningham, Barbara Jean
Barbara was born and raised in Winthrop/Twisp area graduating in Winthrop.
Later moved to Spokane and was married to Michael J Cunningham in 1963.
Barbara had many life experiences including being the owner of The Beehive Restaurant and Lounge in Cheney, WA., and became a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary where she crocheted many sock slippers and sent Christmas cards to veterans.
Barbara was survived by her six children, John Imes of Morrison, CO, Nannette Carucci of Seattle, WA, Marie McKenzie of Cheney, WA, Michelle Cunningham of Spokane, WA, Cheryl Cunningham of Spokane, WA and Richard Cunningham of Cheney, WA, Brother Larry Duffy of Fairbanks AK, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, preceded in death by her husband Michael.
A pot-luck memorial gathering is going to be on November 7th, 2015 at 2pm at the American Legion, 116 College Ave, Cheney, WA 99004.
