Obituary: Bowley, Jr., Allen Denver
He was born to Allen and Gunda Bowley in Grand Forks, North Dakota, on June 17th, 1931.
He married Barbara Green on April 10th, 1953 in Whitefish, Mt.
He and Barbara were married for 50 faithful years.
He was a loving father of seven children.
Allen was a student of the Bible, and gave his family a wonderful example of wisdom, strength, and his faithfulness to God.
He exemplified Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old; he will not depart from it.”
He spent most of his life working in the outdoors, owning his own logging company at a young age, and then he became the second best landscape finisher in the nation, building golf courses for several-years thereafter until he retired in 2001.
He is survived by a sister, two brothers, seven children, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
