North Addison Baptist Church welcomed its new pastor, Steve Peters, with a potluck luncheon on Aug. 9. The luncheon included a mortgage burning ceremony, which celebrated the final payment made on the church’s mortgage.

Spokane Compassion Games Opening Ceremony - Featured speakers include Kris Christensen from West Central Episcopal Mission and Omy K, a survivor of the Rwandan genocide who is now working to support Rwandan orphans and street kids. Rally Day Carnival And Potluck Brunch - Following worship at 9:30 a.m., we’ll kick off the 2015-2016 year with a jumping castle, popcorn, carnival games, prizes and food.
