Jerry Jeppesen passed away March 3, 2016 of heart failure.

He is survived by his three children, Elizabeth, Jennifer and Steven and his siblings.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the Bozarth Retreat Center, 12415 N. Fairwood Dr., 12 noon to 2 pm.
