SKINNER, David Michael

A memorial gathering for Dave Skinner (68) will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the Great Room at the 1912 Building, 412 E. 3rd St., in Moscow, ID at 6 PM for a potluck followed by potluck memories from 7 til 8:30 PM.

Please join us family, friends and neighbors in a celebration of life for David Michael Skinner, beloved son of Dorothy Gillespie Skinner, father of Sam and Maggie McRae-Skinner, brother of Gregg Skinner, nephew of Betty Gillespie Hatley, numerous cousins, and husband of Jo Bohna.

David worked for 32 Years with USDA for NRCS at the Pullman Plant Material Center, a founding member of The Palouse Prairie Foundation, coauthor of Palouse Prairie Field Guide, proud to have served the Peace Corps 1972 at the Mashaud Agricultural station after receiving his BA at WSU.

He then returned to his beloved Palouse, where he worked and gardened until his death on last winter on January 28, 2016.
