HARRIS, Jon Kevin
(Age 80)

Jon K. Harris was born and raised in Spokane, son of Robert E. and Pearl E. Harris.

He attended Wilson Grade School and Lewis & Clark High School.

After leaving LCHS, Jon joined the Marines and was stationed in South Korea.

He had three daughters from his first marriage, Marti, Lori and Audrey, and Michelle from a subsequent marriage.

Jon was a men’s hair stylist for over 50 years in Spokane.

His business name was “Hair by Jon”.

He was a skilled craftsman in wood and metal.

As a hobby he built several trailers for his customers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his baby daughter, Marti Helene Harris.

Jon is survived by his sister, Lyn (Mick) Soss and brother Bob (Judy) Harris of Birmingham, Al.

He is also survived by his daughters, Lori Harris, Audrey Davis, and Michelle Harris, several nieces and nephews, and six grandchildren.

He will be entered into rest at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery.
