Shirley died unexpectedly on April 11, 2016.
She was born in Kenosha, WI on December 26, 1945 to Leonard and Dora (Christiansen) Paul.
She married Charles Dale Brumley March 25, 1967.
She began her career in Social Security and transferred to Immigration and Naturalization Service-where she worked for 32 years.
Charles and Shirley loved the Dallas Cowboys.
Charles preceded her in death in 2007.
Shirley is survived by her daughters Sharon C. Brumley, and Gail Marengo and her son C. Paul Hacker-Brumley (wife Janet).
She is also survived by Joshua D. Brumley (grandson), Angela Buchmann and their son, Charles S. Brumley; granddaughters Amanda and Brooke Gaspari and grandsons Michael P. and Andrew I. Brumley.
A private memorial will be held at home.
