Spokane River open for boaters under the Sullivan Bridge

The Spokane River is now open to floaters and boaters who want to pass underneath the Sullivan Bridge in Spokane Valley.

The river access in the area has been closed since Feb. 2 for bridge construction. Red and green markers have been placed in the river to mark the safe channel that water users must stay within.
