Vote for free films in park

Voting is open for the 2017 Movies in the Park in Spokane Valley.

The free movies will be screened July 14, July 28 and Aug. 11. Voters will get to pick three movies: two from a list of family movies and one from a list of water-themed movies.

The family movies are “The Jungle Book,” “Kubo and the Two Strings,” “The Angry Birds Movie,” “Sing” and “The Secret Live of Pets.”

The water-themed movies are “Surf’s Up,” “Finding Nemo,” “Little Mermaid,” “Finding Dory” and “Free Willy.”

To vote, visit www.spokanevalley.org/MoviesInThePark and choose the “Click Here to Vote” link. Or vote by email to jpapich@spokanevalley.org or by calling (509) 720-5408 during regular office hours.

The winning movies will be announced in the Spokane Valley Parks & Recreation Spring/Summer Recreation Guide, which will be released in spring of 2017.
