Obituary: Soto, Tammy Ann

Age 46

SOTO,
Tammy Ann

On February 7th Tammy Ann Soto, 46, left suddenly to be with our creator.

Tammy’s exuberant and exciting personality were qualities that anyone who even met her only once knew and loved.

Tammy was a firecracker who loved deeply and lived loudly.

Born to Christine Houldson and Stephen Soto in Alameda, CA and moved to Spokane, WA, Tammy left her lively presence in every place in between.

Tammy is survived by her mother and stepfather, Christine Evelynn and Dan O’Leary, her father, Stephen Soto, her two brothers, Paul Soto and Niwauno Pontoja, and her two loving children, Amanda Soto and Vern Edward Boyd III.

She is also survived by her grandmother, Carolina Gonzales, and her granddaughters, Aahanah Fischer and Tyla Fischer; also many caring nephews, extended family and a long list of friends.

A memorial to celebrate Tammy’s life will be officiated by Pastor Andre Dove and held on Monday February 15th, 2pm at Restoration Church.

We miss you, mama.”
