An SUV crashed into a Kendall Yards building Thursday morning, sending the driver and a passenger to the hospital.

The SUV first sideswiped two parked vehicles and then accelerated into the brick and glass building that houses a picture framing shop along Summit Parkway.

Early reports indicate the throttle may have been stuck.

Aaron Snider said he was standing on the sidewalk when he heard a crunch and then jumped out of the way as the car narrowly missed him and smashed into the building.

He said there was blood inside the car but that both the driver and passenger were alert when taken to the hospital.
