Our loving mother passed away on February 18, 2016.
She was born in Aurora, South Dakota.
She met her husband Ron Slade in January and was married in May of 1968.
They have been married for over 47 years.
Pat was a CNA and worked for Visiting Nurses Association and Royal Park Care Center.
Pat will be greatly missed by her three daughters, Barb, Pattie, Jacqueline; her son Ron; her husband Ron Slade; and her brother Pete.
Pat loved to dance with her children and grandchildren.
She loved to sew and enjoyed canning everything she could get her hands on, especially peaches.
Gravesite service will be held at Washington State Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, February 24th at 11:15 am followed by a church service at Sozo (Rock of Ages) Church 2131 W. Woodside Ave. at 1:00pm.
