Test the officer, too

In December, it was reported that a Spokane police officer was at fault in a auto accident involving a 16-year-old. The report said the teenager was tested and showed signs of having used marijuana.

I would like to know why the teenager was tested when not at fault, but the officer that was at fault was not tested. Is this the way we teach our youth what is fair, and to trust in our system? To try to take the fault away from the officer and place it on the youth of Spokane?

Shame on the city of Spokane and the police department.
