ARONSON, Fern Operal (Hawkins)
Fern Operal Hawkins Aronson of Spokane, WA went home to be with the Lord and her heavenly family on Friday, February 26, 2016.
She was born in Minneapolis, MN to John and Lavina Hawkins on April 28, 1939.
She married Ron Aronson and had three beautiful daughters, Ronda Bonney (husband Billy Bonney) of Montana; Karen Lanphier (husband Travis Lanphier) and Aimee Rider (husband Larry Rider) of Spokane, WA.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Josh Bedeski (spouse Cathy Bedeski ), and Jerramy Bedeski; Jayne Aronson Rider of Spokane, WA and Quanta, Louie and Tharon Bonney of Montana and sister and best friend, Jane Eickstadt of Spokane, WA.
Fern had numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Joel Bedeski.
Fern worked for School District #81 as an aide for many years.
Fern was a Past President of the Eagles Auxiliary #2 of Spokane, WA; she enjoyed crocheting, her membership with the Eagles and the Red Hats Society and she was an avid reader.
Services will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church on West Dean on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
There will be a private interment to follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
