(Age 72)

Cecil Joseph Harmon, died unexpectedly on a Caribbean Cruise on February 23, 2016.

Cecil was born in Springdale, WA on February 16, 1944.

He was a steel building contractor for over 40 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert.

He is survived by his wife Judy; his son Todd; his daughter Jennifer (Patrick) Irwin; his sisters, Patricia Sulgrove and Geraldine (Jack) Dvorak; his grandchildren Ethan, Nathan and Emma; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Beloved by a countless number of friends and family, Cecil was known for his generosity and his caring nature.

He loved his family, boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene and traveling.

A celebration of his life will be held Friday March 4th at 1:00 PM at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral home in Spokane Valley, 1306 N Pines Rd.
