Obituary: Aarestad, Dustin Dale

Age 27

AARESTAD,
Dustin Dale

Our loving son Dustin Dale Aarestad passed away unexpectedly in his home on March 24, 2016 at the young age of 27.

He was born to Doug and Tammy in Helena, Montana on August 5, 1988.

Dustin was the most loving and compas-sionate person this world has ever known.

He loved his family and friends and anyone who knew him was graciously blessed with his kindness.

Dustin spent the first nine years of his life in Helena and moved with his family to Spokane, Washington in 1997.

He attended University High School where he graduated in 2007.

He was employed for many years at Wendy’s in Spokane Valley.

He had a strong passion for animals - cats in particular - and enjoyed his time away from work with friends.

He loved outdoor adventures, hiking and exploring new things, long-boarding, and was an avid video enthusiast and loved his music.

He was known for his incredible humor and ability to see the lighter side of any situation.

He was also known for his ability to sense when his friends were in need of a friend and always was there for them.

He will be deeply missed by his family, his special friends Justin “JC” Cocchiarella and Justin “JP” Purnell, his cats Keef, Myst, and Ace, and many, many friends.

He leaves behind his parents, Doug Aarestad of Redding California, and Tammy Brown of Spokane Washington; his brothers, Sean Pierce of Spokane, Adam Aarestad and Ryan Aarestad of Denver; his special papa Larry Nelson of Liberty Lake, Washington; grandparents Wilfred Aarestad of Jamestown, ND and Jim and Judy Fall of Chattaroy.
