SpokAnimal hosts Thanksgiving Day dog walk

If you’ve got a four-legged friend and want to get some exercise before Thursday’s big dinner, SpokAnimal is looking for you.

The nonprofit is hosting its ninth annual Thanks for the Walk event at the SpokAnimal dog park, 330 S. A. St.

Coffee and treats will be available starting at 8 a.m., with the dog walk beginning at 9 a.m. People are encouraged to bring a $10 donation to help support the dog park.
