Contradiction in college stories

Wow, talk about a lesson in contradiction. The lead story on the Nov. 17 S-R front page speaks to the problem colleges all over the country are having with sexual assault. Then in an article right below, a judge sends the message that bad behavior is okay in Pullman, as long as you play football.

The Spokesman-Review invites original letters on local topics of public interest. Your letter must adhere to the following rules:

  • No more than 250 words
  • We reserve the right to reject letters that are not factually correct, racist or are written with malice.
  • We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
