From staff reports

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a bank in Hayden, Idaho, Monday afternoon.

At about 3:50 p.m., deputies arrived to bankcda at 162 West Hayden Ave. after a call of a bank robbery, a Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office news release stated. It is unclear if the robber was armed.

The robber fled the area heading south on Government Way in a white Oldsmobile Alero passenger car with no license plates, according to the news release.

The robber is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, approximately 6-feet tall, heavy build, blond hair and beard, and wearing a black “CAT” hooded sweatshirt with black pants.

Deputies are asking anyone with information to contact the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force at (208) 665-4455 or the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office at (208) 446-1300.
