Inland Imaging merges with Missoula Radiology
Inland Imaging, PS and Missoula Radiology, PC combined their professional radiology groups effective Jan. 1.
As Missoula Radiology and Inland Imaging, the company will employ 72 radiologists, making it one of the largest professional radiology practices in the western U.S.
“The joining of our two groups allows us to better connect clinically between Eastern Washington and Western Montana,” said Dr. Jayson Brower, president of Inland Imaging, in a news release.
The merger also “enhances our ability to improve productivity and cost efficiency,” Brower said.
Inland Imaging CEO Steve Duvoisin said, “It allows us to see the region’s health care resources in a more global and holistic way.”
Inland Imaging has operated in Spokane since 1930. It provides interpretation services to six outpatient diagnostic imaging centers, and its 57 board-certified radiologists serve outpatient imaging centers, hospitals and clinics in Spokane and Seattle.
Inland Imaging’s radiologists also own Nuvodia, a 110-person national information technology company, and Inland Imaging Business Associates, a business services company that serves clients across the Northwest.
Missoula Radiology, founded in 1972, has 15 radiologists.
