Suspect in Bonner County deputies’ shooting released from hospital, held in Kootenai County jail

The man suspected of shooting two Bonner County sheriff’s deputies was released from the hospital Tuesday.
Adam Deacon Foster was released from Kootenai Health and transported to the Kootenai County Public Safety Building. He is being held on a warrant and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
Foster is suspected of shooting two deputies who were trying to arrest him on Jan. 16. The deputies were attempting to arrest foster for two misdemeanor battery charges.
