Rui Hachimura of Gonzaga registered a double-double for Japan in a 78-67 loss to Spain in Group B of the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup in Cairo.

Hachimura scored 20 points with 10 rebounds. He went 7 of 10 from the field, including 3 of 3 from beyond the arc.

In Group A play, Killian Tillie scored nine points with nine rebounds and an assist in France’s 62-53 win over Argentina.

USA crushed Iran 108-48 in Group D play. Hamidou Diallo led the way for the Americans with 17 points.
