U High students arrange Valley council candidate debate
All 10 candidates for Spokane Valley council seats are expected to participlate in a debate Wednesday evening at West Valley High School.
The debate, being arranged by the Advanced Placement Government class from University High School, will feature questions from students from that class as well as from students from East Valley High School. The event, which is free and open to the public, starts with a reception at 5:30 p.m. in the West Valley High commons area, where candidates will be able to set up tables to distribute campaign literature.
The debate in the auditorium starts at 6 p.m.
