Bicyclist killed in hit-and-run alongside I-90 near Coeur d’Alene identified

The bicyclist killed while riding alongside Interstate 90 near Coeur d’Alene on Oct. 17 has been identified as 48-year-old William Paul Williams, according to Idaho State Police.

ISP said it has not been able to locate Williams’ next of kin.

An unknown vehicle struck Williams at 9:55 p.m. and fled the scene, according to ISP which is still investigating the hit-and-run collision.
