Feature creature: Surrendered dog needs active home, consistent guidance
Tri-colored Zahara is a mixed-breed, medium-size family dog with an active temperament. She was surrendered to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service. She is a “wonderful gal,” SCRAPS says. She likes people and has good manners. Her handlers should be 10 years old or older because she is energetic and very playful. She would need consistent guidance.
