Qi Gong - Feb. 17, March 17 and April 21. Qi Gong, an exercise form composed of movements repeated several times, is mindful, expansive, flowing and tied to deep and slow breathing. While the movement is slow it can be as intense as a person wants to make it. Prior experience is not required and all levels of physical fitness are welcome. Inland Northwest Brain Injury Symposium - April 20. At the Inland Northwest Brain Injury Symposium, we facilitate real conversations, education and advocacy for the betterment of our community and beyond. Qi Gong - Feb. 17, March 17 and April 21. Qi Gong, an exercise form composed of movements repeated several times, is mindful, expansive, flowing and tied to deep and slow breathing.
