Spokane Home Builders announce Building Excellence Award winners
The Spokane Home Builders Association has announced the winners for the 2017 Building Excellence Awards.
Categories and winners are:
Bathroom renovation under $50,000: Arrow Kitchen and Bath, builder; CrafteD Kitchen Design, designer; Wray Residence, project
New home construction, $200,000-$250,000: Villages at Stonehill, builder; Pinnacle Court, Liberty Lake, project, Citrine floor plan
New home construction $250,000-$300,000: Villages at Stonehill, builder; Hawkstone Loop, Liberty Lake, project, Amber floor plan
New home construction $300,000-$350,000: GreenstoneVillages at Stonehill, builder; Wolfe Penn Court, Liberty Lake, project, Oak Harbor floor plan
New home construction $350,000-$400,000: Villages at Stonehill, builder; Pinnacle Court, Liberty Lake, project, Alexandrite floor plan
New home construction $450,000-$500,000: Viking Homes, builder; Hodges Road, Spokane Valley, project, Tully floor plan
New home construction $600,000 and over: Terra Homes LLC, builder; Precision Built LLC, drafting; Riverfront Custom, project
The entries were evaluated on aesthetics, special or unique design solutions, quality workmanship, use of appropriate building materials, budgetary consideration and obstacles.
