Amber Williams has been hired as manager of Banner Bank’s Riverside Avenue branch and will begin managing the bank’s Third Avenue location later in July. Williams, a vice president at Banner, has 20 years of banking experience. She is currently treasurer on the board of Cancer Can’t and is past chairwoman of Spokane YWCA’s board.
Law
Jessica Allen and John Drake, both partners at Witherspoon Brajcich McPhee PLLC, have been named Rising Stars for 2018 by Super Lawyers magazine. Allen has twice previously been recognized in estate planning and probate and government finance. Drake was recognized for a second consecutive year in the general litigation category.
Jason Piskel, Ryan Yahne and Nicholas Kovarik, all founding members at Piskel Yahne Kovarik PLLC, and associate attorney Whitny Norton have been recognized by Super Lawyers. Norton has been named a rising star in business litigation.
