Three injured in head-on collision near Freeman High School
Three people were transported to the hospital after a head-on collision near Freeman High School late Monday night.
Washington State Patrol troopers said 70-year-old Scott Sledge, of New South Wales, Australia, driving a 1996 Ford sedan, crossed the center line on state Highway 27 near the high school at about 10 p.m., slamming into a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Darrel Williams, 46, of Spokane, with 18-year-old Collin Williams-Woodall, also of Spokane, as a passenger.
All three involved were transported to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center with serious injuries.
