Used book sale this weekend at North Spokane County Library

The Friends of the North Spokane County Library will hold its semi-annual used-book sale on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the library, 44 E. Hawthorne Road.

Paperback books will sell for 50 cents and hardback books will sell for $1. CDs, VHS tapes, DVDs, books on tape and CD will also be available. Cash or checks only, no credit cards.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to support library activities such as Spokane is Reading, the Summer Reading Programs for children, teens and adults, and Early Learning materials.

All patrons of the North Spokane County Library are welcome to join the Friends of the Library. New volunteers are always welcome.
