Omak woman dies in crash west of Grand Coulee

An 80-year-old Omak woman is dead following a car crash Monday afternoon on State Route 174 about 19 miles west of Grand Coulee.

Ramona J. Anderson was a passenger in a 2012 Toyota Sienna driven by 80-year-old Frank E. Anderson of Omak.

The minivan drifted onto the right shoulder, causing Anderson to overcorrect and steer the vehicle off the road where it rolled before coming to a stop, according to an accident report released by the Washington State Patrol.

He was injured and airlifted to Central Washington Hospital.
