Spokane Valley police arrest work release inmate who left hospital Sunday

Spokane Valley police have arrested the 54-year-old work release inmate who left Valley Hospital on Sunday night, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Shannon B. Morley was arrested at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning in a parking lot at the intersection of University Road and East Sprague Avenue, according to a news release. Spokane Valley officers were received tips from the public.

Morley was booked into Spokane County Jail on a felony state Department of Corrections warrant.
