Feature creature: Joy is eager to go home with new family

Joy, a white-brindled dog, has a lot going for her: energy, eagerness, loves treats (will sit for treats), happy to be with people and, most of all, joy for life, the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service said in a news release. She needs some obedience training but walks well on a halter.
Refer to the pet’s ID number when contacting Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service with questions about one of the adoptable pets.
