SFCU offers new line of credit for federal workers
Spokane Federal Credit Union is offering a nine-month, interest free loan to federal workers affected by the shutdown, the lender announced this week.
The program, called “LifeLine” is available for all federal workers, not just members of the credit union, according to a news release from the lender. A pay stub from December 2018 is required, and lines of credit up to $5,000 a month are available. No payments are required for 90 days.
Those interested in applying for the loan can set up an appointment by calling (509) 328-2900.
