Vacant home in north Spokane lost to fire Tuesday morning

A vacant home in north Spokane was lost to an early morning fire Tuesday.

Crews from Spokane County fire districts 4 and 9 were dispatched to the fully engulfed home off of North Dalton Road at about 5:20 a.m., according to the fire department. Firefighters used four engines and four water tenders to put out the fire.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation, according to Fire District 4.
